The Civil Society for Poverty Reduction (CSPR) Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Isabel M. Mukelabai as the organization’s new Executive Director.

Isabel is a highly effective visionary leader, strategic thinker with 20 years work experience in the NGO sector at senior management level. She is a seasoned Public administrator and rural development practitioner with training from the University of Zambia. Currently, she serves as board chairperson of Grassroots soccer Zambia, a leading adolescent health NGO in Zambia.

The Board and Management are confident that Isabel’s leadership will propel the organization forward, advancing our mission to promote pro-poor development through coordination of network member efforts, evidence-based policy engagement and community participation in order to reduce poverty in Zambia.
