On the third edition of the ATI Coalition Radio Program on Millenium Radio, we featured Gilbert Chisenga- National Coordinator for Peoples Initiative Charter- Zambia and John Tshinseki President of the Zambian Cyber Initiative Foundation discussing the Significance of the ATI law.
