On April 30, 2024, the Civil Society for Poverty Reduction (CSPR) organized a meeting in Bweengwa constituency to connect community members with government representatives. Aimed to discuss roles and responsibilities in service delivery.
The meeting saw participation from forty-seven (47) community members and five (5) government representatives from sectors such as health, agriculture, education, social protection, infrastructure, water and sanitation respectively.
Notably, women were actively involved. The meeting fostered ongoing dialogue and influenced support for sustainable development models, including increased budgetary allocations to reduce poverty in Zambia.
