#CSPR has successfully held the interprovincial peer-to-peer learning meeting for Eastern and Western provinces. The meeting provided a platform for stakeholders to share experiences and best practices on the Voice and Accountability Project, aiming to enhance social accountability, transparency, and education service delivery.
The meeting housed stakeholders in the education sector, bringing together Provincial Education Officers, who oversee education at the provincial level, and Provincial Local Government Officers, who are responsible for local government administration. Also in attendance were District Education Board Secretaries, who play a crucial role in managing education at the district level, and Social Accountability Committee members, who ensure transparency and accountability in education service delivery.
The project focuses on improving education services in Zambia. It seeks to enhance community involvement in school management and local authorities’ operations. The project is implemented by CSPR with support from the Partnership for Transparency – PTF, the World Bank, and the Japan Social Development Fund,
